Jorhat (Assam), April 18 (HS): Union Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita on Saturday alleged that Congress leader Gaurav Gogoi is creating an excuse around EVMs and strong rooms to pave the way for his “escape” ahead of the election results.

Addressing the media, Margherita claimed that both Gaurav Gogoi and Assam Congress leader Debabrata Saikia are set to face defeat in the upcoming elections. He asserted that the NDA is confident of sweeping all ten Assembly segments under the Jorhat Lok Sabha constituency.

The Union Minister further stated that the NDA’s victory in all ten segments is “certain,” reflecting what he described as strong public support across the constituency.-----------
