On the occasion of Himachal Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah extended heartfelt felicitations to the people of the state.

These leaders hailed Himachal as the Land of Gods, commending its cultural splendor, traditions, and the industriousness of its inhabitants, while praying for the state's radiant future.

On social media platform X, the Prime Minister remarked that Himachal Pradesh holds a distinctive identity owing to its rich traditions, unparalleled cultural heritage, and the diligence, duty-consciousness, and humility of its people.

He conveyed best wishes for a bright future to all families of the state, affirming that this divine land constitutes an integral part of the nation's cultural patrimony.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that Himachal Pradesh abounds in natural beauty and cultural magnificence. He described it as renowned for peace, simplicity, and the tradition of Atithi Devo Bhava (guest is god).

Shah expressed hopes that the state will advance steadfastly on the path of development and good governance, while praying to Brijeshwari Mata for the welfare of its residents.
