
Truck hit their
van while returning home
Jalna, 01 Apr
(HS): Seven women labourers engaged in weed removal from agricultural fields
died while boarding a pick-up van as a speeding truck hit the van on Wednesday
evening. The workers were returning after finishing their work.
Five to six
other workers were injured in the accident that occurred in Kadavchi village near
Jalna. Police rushed to the accident site and shifted the injured to a
hospital.
The workers were
residents of Keligavan and Khadgaon villages in Badnapur tehsil of Jalna
district.
