Addressing the fourth webinar in the post-Budget series Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Jan Aakankshas, attended by ministry officials, private sector experts, and policymakers, Modi declared: Meeting people's aspirations isn't just a theme—it's the budget's core resolve.

Health: Beyond Treatment to Prevention

Investments in these sectors will unlock youth opportunities and fortify the economy,PM Modi said. On health, he envisioned a holistic, preventive system over mere curative care. Recent strides include hundreds of new medical colleges, Ayushman Bharat, and Arogya Mandirs expanding access. Yoga and Ayurveda have gained global traction. Modi highlighted the burgeoning care economy, urging experts to devise training for youth amid rising demand for skilled caregivers worldwide. Telemedicine has bridged remote gaps, but simplification and awareness are essential.

Education: Aligning with Real Economy

India's dynamic youth demand an evolved education system, Modi noted. The National Education Policy links learning to jobs and entrepreneurship, now accelerating ties to actual economy needs—especially AI, automation, and digital realms. He touted AVGC (animation, VFX, gaming, comics) as innovation frontiers, calling campuses to become industry-research hubs for real-world exposure.

PM Modi celebrated rising women's participation in STEM and pledged equal tech opportunities, advocating robust research ecosystems for young innovators.

Sports and Tourism: Building Future Champions

Healthy, disciplined youth form a nation's bedrock,PM Modi said, praising Khelo India for unearthing talent from small towns. He stressed early grooming for internationals, professionalizing sports bodies, and enhanced funding ahead of Commonwealth Games and Olympics.
