Indian Killed in Saudi Missile Strike Amid Gulf Tensions

Riyadh, 09 March (H.S.): An Indian national was killed and a Bangladeshi citizen died when a missile struck a residential complex in Saudi Arabia's Al-Kharj region, amid escalating regional conflicts.

At least 12 other Bangladeshi residents were injured in the attack, which caused extensive damage to the building and sparked chaos in the area, according to Saudi Civil Defense reports.

Rescue teams swiftly arrived at the scene, evacuating the wounded to nearby hospitals.Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) had earlier claimed responsibility for targeting radar systems in Al-Kharj and other sites, though it remains unclear if the projectile that hit the civilian area was linked to that operation.

With tensions rising in West Asia, India's Ministry of External Affairs has issued an advisory urging its citizens in Saudi Arabia to remain vigilant and follow local authorities' instructions. Experts warn that ongoing conflicts are keeping security situations volatile across Gulf nations.
