Speaking after inaugurating and laying foundation stones for projects worth approximately ₹33,500 crore at a Burari event,PM Modi emphasized infrastructure bolstering, traffic amelioration, and lifestyle enhancements. He positioned Delhi as democracy's emblem: When envisioning a vast democracy like India, Delhi invariably emerges first; hence, its advancement intertwines with national honor.

PM Modi highlighted relentless central efforts modernizing metro networks, transport, and housing. Today's initiatives encompass new Delhi Metro corridors, expansions, and contemporary residences for government staff, enhancing connectivity—especially easing commutes for east and northeast Delhi residents, alongside seamless links from Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, and Gurugram.

Praising the synergy of BJP-led center and state under Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Modi credited the double engine paradigm—installed a year ago amid renewed resolve—for accelerating projects previously stalled. He lauded Gupta's stewardship propelling Delhi toward modernity, contrasting it with the prior Kejriwal regime's excuses over execution versus BJP's action sans alibis.

On International Women’s Day, Modi saluted Nari Shakti's surge across politics, administration, science, sports, and service, while unveiling electric buses (over 4,000 deployed, 1,800 added lately—including Devi buses for last-mile links), Peripheral Expressway traffic relief, Yamuna rejuvenation drives, Ayushman health temples, Sarojini Nagar housing, PM SVANidhi aid (₹350 crore+ for 200,000 vendors), and Lakhpati Didi expansion (3 crore achieved, 3 crore more targeted).
