Guwahati, 29 March (HS): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate from Central Guwahati, Vijay Kumar Gupta, on Sunday carried out an extensive door-to-door election campaign in the Shantipur Hillside area under the constituency ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.

During the campaign, Gupta interacted with local residents, seeking their support and highlighting the party’s development agenda. The outreach programme witnessed a positive response, with people extending warm greetings and expressing their concerns and expectations.

Gupta said he is deeply encouraged by the overwhelming love and blessings received from the public. He added that the strong faith shown by the people and their enthusiasm for the BJP’s victory has further motivated him to intensify his campaign efforts.
