Sonitpur (Assam), 29 March (HS): BJP candidate and Assam minister Ashok Singhal on Sunday expressed strong confidence in his party’s victory from the Dhekiajuli assembly constituency, asserting that there is no reason for the BJP to fear the outcome of the elections.

Addressing supporters during the campaign, Singhal stated that the BJP is set to secure a decisive win in the constituency, reflecting the party’s growing support among the public. He emphasized that the party’s development-oriented governance and connect with the people would ensure electoral success.

Taking a swipe at the opposition, Singhal remarked that the Congress has become an “irrelevant” force in Assam’s political landscape. He claimed that the party has lost its credibility and public trust, making it incapable of posing any serious challenge to the BJP in the state.

The minister further urged voters to continue supporting the BJP for sustained development and stability in the region.---------
