New Delhi, 23 March (H.S.):
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) unveiled the first phase of Tata IPL Fan Parks 2026 today Monday, timed to sync with the Indian Premier League's early matches and bring stadium thrills to fans nationwide beyond the grounds.
Over the first three weeks, 11 states' 15 cities will host these events to spread IPL fever and foster community vibes.
Spread across three weekends – March 28-29, April 4-5 and April 11-12 – each will feature five parks in north, south, east and west regions for nationwide reach.
Week one hits Rohtak (Haryana), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Nagpur (Maharashtra), Tumakuru (Karnataka) and Krishnanagar (West Bengal).
Week two covers Mathura (Uttar Pradesh), Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Nizamabad (Telangana), Mysuru (Karnataka) and Bhubaneswar (Odisha).
Week three wraps with Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Nadiad (Gujarat), Ratnagiri (Maharashtra), Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) and Rourkela (Odisha).
Each park packs live big-screen match feeds plus music, entertainment, food courts, kids zones and interactive fun like virtual batting, bowling nets, face painting, cheer meters and 360-degree photo booths.
Launched in 2015, this initiative keeps pushing IPL to every corner – and more phases will drop soon.
