Guwahati, 20 March (HS): Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is set to file his nomination papers on Friday, marking a significant moment in the ongoing electoral process.

The Chief Minister is going to take out a massive rally from Khanapara before proceeding to the office of the Kamrup District Commissioner to formally submit his nomination. A large number of party workers, supporters and senior leaders are expected to participate in the rally, showcasing strong political mobilisation ahead of the elections.

Security arrangements have been tightened in and around the nomination venue, while traffic regulations are also in place to manage the anticipated crowd during the event.----------
