Gupta credited Modi government's flagship programs—Digital India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, Startup India, and Skill India—for unlocking innovation, research, and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth. IGDTUW aligns seamlessly with these efforts, advancing women's empowerment and the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

She emphasized women-led development, where women transition from beneficiaries to leaders, with courage and diligence transcending gender barriers.
Delhi government remains committed to bolstering education, skills, technology, and research, transforming empowered women into catalysts for societal and national advancement.
Gupta lauded IGDTUW as a pioneering institution for women's technical education, empowering them in engineering, sciences, architecture, and management. Beyond degrees, it nurtures future women scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and leaders.
