23 Feb (HS): Senior BJP leader from Prayagraj and former Lok Sabha candidate, Neeraj
Tripathi, paid a courtesy visit to the Union Minister of Home and Cooperation,
Government of India, Amit Shah, at his official residence in New Delhi.
During
the meeting, both leaders held detailed discussions on public issues, ongoing
development works, and the current political scenario in Prayagraj district. Neeraj
Tripathi, who also served as the Former Additional Advocate General of the
Uttar Pradesh Government, apprised the Home Minister about the development
initiatives being carried out by the government in the five assembly
constituencies under his purview—Prayagraj City South, Karchhana, Bara, Meja,
and Koraon. He also highlighted several pressing public concerns requiring
attention.
It
is noteworthy that this meeting was scheduled following a prior telephonic
conversation, during which the Union Home Minister invited Neeraj Tripathi to
his New Delhi residence. BJP
Uttar Pradesh State Minister, Kavita Tripathi, was also present during the
meeting. Upon
his return from New Delhi today, Neeraj Tripathi received a warm welcome at his
residence from local leaders and party workers. Prominent among those present
to welcome him were Subhash Tiwari, Pradeep Pandey, Anil Mishra, Shivratna
Mishra, Shivam Mishra, Brijesh Kumar, Vikas Shukla, and Pankaj Dwivedi, along
with other respected members of the community.
