Jammu, 21 January (H.S.): Day 7 of EBSB-Jammu at NTA Nagrota was a day of learning about technical skills and human courage. As the sun rose over the majestic landscape, 500 SD/SW NCC cadets from the Rajasthan and Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh Directorates moved to an Artillery Regiment of the White Knight Corps for a Weapons and Equipment display.
The Display proved to be a real eye-opener, a significant and enriching addition to their operational knowledge. The meticulously arranged array of weapons stood as a silent yet powerful testament to the herculean might and technological prowess of the Indian Armed Forces, a moment where theory met reality, leaving cadets both awestruck and inspired.
Another compelling chapter of the day landed the cadets from the world of real courage to heroism on reel through a gripping war movie in Usman Auditiorium. The cinematic experience struck a chord among the cadets, vividly portraying the core values of a soldier - courage, honour, sacrifice, discipline and unwavering commitment to the cause. The message was loud and clear that as NCC cadets, they form the second line of defence for the nation and should be ever ready to rise to the occasion.
As the day progressed, adrenaline surged during energetic games, disseminating positivity in the air. The evening resonated with soulful cultural preparations, where creativity flowed freely and spirits soared high.
A pastiche of heroism, courage and motivation, day 7 concluded with renewed zeal, where valour was in the air, unity was on display, and patriotism ruled the roost—a chapter to remember and a milestone in the EBSB Jammu journey
