New Delhi, 19 January (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday shared an inspirational Sanskrit subhashita, delivering a powerful message to countrymen—especially the youth—about the virtues of action, hard work, and ceaseless endeavor. Through this subhashita, he underscored that success and prosperity in life come solely through proactive effort and purposeful striving.

In an X post on Monday, Prime Minister Modi shared the subhashita: “अनुत्थाने ध्रुवो नाशः प्राप्तस्यानागतस्य च। प्राप्यते फलमुत्थानाल्लभते चार्थसम्पदम्॥” Its meaning conveys that in the absence of enterprise, a person not only forfeits future possibilities but also loses hard-earned achievements.

Conversely, it is through sustained effort and upliftment that one attains results, success, and economic prosperity.Prime Minister Modi's message serves as profound inspiration particularly for youth, workers, entrepreneurs, and every citizen engaged in nation-building, urging them to embrace self-reliance and remain perpetually action-oriented.
