
New Delhi, 17 January (H.S.): The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises announced on Saturday that PM Vishwakarma Haat 2026, a vibrant exhibition celebrating India's traditional craftsmanship, will commence on January 18 at Dilli Haat, INA, and continue through January 31.
Union Minister for MSME Jitan Ram Manjhi will inaugurate the event on Sunday in the presence of Minister of State Shobha Karandlaje, with public access available daily from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM.Over 117 artisans hailing from every state and union territory across the nation will showcase an exquisite array of handcrafted products, live demonstrations, and immersive cultural experiences under the evocative theme Vishwakarma Ka Abhiyaan, Viksit Bharat Ka Nirman.
This pan-India gathering underscores the government's unwavering commitment to the PM Vishwakarma Scheme by amplifying market access, elevating visibility, and fostering sustainable livelihoods for these skilled custodians of heritage crafts.
The platform extends invitations to national and international buyers, stakeholders, and foreign mission representatives, positioning the Haat as a dynamic marketplace that bridges tradition with global commerce while preserving indigenous skills within the robust MSME ecosystem. Through this fortnight-long spectacle commencing January 18, the initiative not only honors the creative genius of Vishwakarmas but also propels India's artisanal legacy toward a developed future.
