Kolkata, 3 April (H.S.) - Commuters in Kolkata can now purchase up to four single QR tickets at a time through the ‘Metro Ride Kolkata’ mobile app, making their travel experience smoother and more convenient. The new features, aimed at enhancing user accessibility, will be rolled out in phases starting todah April 3.

In addition to the multiple ticket purchase option, the app now allows users to log in using a PIN instead of a password. Those who wish to switch to the PIN option can do so by resetting their password.

These updates are expected to streamline the ticketing process and reduce dependency on physical counters, ultimately improving the overall commuter experience on the Kolkata Metro network.
