Jeddah, April 19 (H.S.): In a Saudi Pro League match played on Friday at Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium, Al Qadisiyah defeated Al Nassr 2-1 thanks to a late winning goal from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. This loss dealt a significant blow to Al Nassr's title race.

From the start of the match, Al Qadisiyah displayed aggressive play and took the lead in the 35th minute with an easy tap-in goal from Turkey Al-Ammar. The foundation for this goal was laid by Aubameyang, who kept putting pressure on the opposing defense with his relentless runs behind them. His powerful shot was saved by goalkeeper Bento, but Al-Ammar made no mistake with the rebound.

In the second half, Al Nassr made every effort to equalize. In the 57th minute, Cristiano Ronaldo failed to control the ball, which gave John Duran a great opportunity, but his shot went over the goal. This chance could have changed the match for Al Nassr.

In the 84th minute, Brazilian midfielder Otávio provided a brilliant cross that Sadio Mane converted into the goal with a remarkable touch, leveling the score at 1-1. This goal brought joy back to Al Nassr's camp.

However, just three minutes after Mane's goal, Aubameyang gave Al Qadisiyah the lead again with a header from Nahitan Nández's cross. This goal proved decisive, and Al Nassr had to endure the defeat.

Despite this victory, Al Qadisiyah remains in fifth place (55 points, 28 matches). Meanwhile, after the loss, Al Nassr is in third place (64 points) and is now eight points behind league leaders Al Ittihad, which has significantly impacted their title hopes.
