Jeddah, April 18 (H.S.): Seven-time Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton has made a significant statement regarding Ferrari ahead of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

He mentioned that Ferrari is often referred to as a 'crisis team,' and people tend to exaggerate its difficulties. Hamilton is racing alongside the Ferrari team this season and praised the team's strength and passion.

Hamilton stated in an official statement, In a way, this is to be expected. Ferrari is the greatest team in Formula 1 history. Obviously, there are more stories written about it, and people express their opinions. Everything hasn't always gone smoothly.

He further added, There are many wonderful things about this team. We want to harness the energy and passion within it. At the same time, it is important to keep it safe because this team is under more scrutiny compared to others.

Hamilton described the Jeddah Corniche Circuit as his favorite track. However, this track is also considered dangerous due to its narrow layout and high-speed corners. Hamilton said, I love this track very much. It is very fast and quite challenging for drivers. The heat, temperature, G-forces in high-speed corners, and rapidly changing conditions make it even more difficult. It's not easy to express it in words.

Hamilton described the circuit's surface as quite smooth and mentioned that in most races, a one-stop strategy has been observed. However, if the temperature rises, teams may be forced to make two pit stops, which could make the race more exciting.

Hamilton recently achieved his first win in the Shanghai sprint race, but during the main race on Sunday in Bahrain, he couldn't move beyond fifth place. The car's performance on medium tires was excellent, but the entry of the safety car disrupted the team's strategy, forcing them to switch to hard tires, which put them behind in the podium race.

Hamilton stated that the experience with the car in Bahrain was positive, but that doesn't mean he can replicate the same performance in upcoming races. He said, Every time I get into the car, it is easy to revert to my old driving style. But I am trying to keep adopting the new style consistently.
