Kanpur,
14 April (HS): On Monday, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat inaugurated the state's
biggest RSS office, the four-storey Keshav Bhawan, located in Caravalo Nagar of
the city. During this, the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Auditorium built inside the
office premises was also inaugurated.
Sangh's
provincial publicity chief Dr. Anupam said that the four-storey building has
been built with hard work in 17 months. This building built in 6500 square feet
is also special because it has been painted with cow dung. Due to which the
temperature of this building remains low and the air circulation within the
premises also remains environmentally friendly. Keeping simplicity in mind while
constructing this building, windows have also been made at various places, so
that there is no need to turn on electricity inside the building during day
time.
Not
a single air conditioner has been installed in this building. The purpose
behind this is that this is a service building. Therefore, no air conditioner
has been installed in it. This building has been built with zero maintenance.
It is said that this building will remain like this for the next hundred years.
Underground parking has also been prepared outside the building.
No
comfort facilities have been provided inside the building. For example, even
the bathrooms do not have taps for hot and cold water. Because Sangh offices
are considered symbols of service and power, luxury items have not been used in
them. Along with this, a library has also been built in this building. Books on
Hinduism and informative books have also been kept there.
