Pune, 25 Mar (HS):-

Some foetus and human body parts found in a garbage heap in Pune’s Dound sent

ripples in the region. The foetus and body parts were found in Borawke town

near Dound, and were noticed by local residents. They immediately informed the

police. A team of doctors was also summoned, and the foetus and body parts were

taken into custody for further investigations.

The seized items have

been stored in glass containers and sealed. The forensic reports will direct

the police investigation. A similar incident was reported in 2020. Police

suspect illegal abortions are being carried out in the region.
