Islamabad, March 25 (H.S.): The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Sarfraz Bugti, has mandated stringent measures against government employees engaging in anti-state activities. During a high-level meeting concerning the law and order situation, he directed commissioners and district officials to identify and take legal action against such personnel.

Bugti condemned this behavior as unacceptable and emphasized the importance of maintaining order, stating that no highways should be obstructed. He called for strict surveillance of anti-state elements at the district level and mandated that the national anthem be played in all educational institutions alongside the display of the national flag. Institutional heads failing to comply would be required to resign.

Bugti asserted that any officer unwilling to adhere to government policies should voluntarily step down and emphasized zero tolerance for extortion at checkpoints, holding relevant officers accountable. He pointed out that adversaries are misleading Baloch youth into senseless conflict, stressing the richness of Baloch cultural traditions. He urged for guidance towards development instead of pursuing meaningless warfare, highlighting the brutality of violence against innocent civilians.
