Ballia,
23 March (HS): Five persons have been
charged with murder after the body of a cameraman, who had been missing for
five days, was discovered in a wheat field here on Sunday, authorities said. On
Saturday late night, the mangled body of 24-year-old Chandan Bind was
discovered near Khaki Baba's Mathiya inside the Revati police station's
jurisdiction, according to officials. Bind, a Mangarh village inhabitant from Ballia
district, works as a videographer in Rani Ganj market. He had gone missing since the night of March
18, according to authorities. According to Circle Officer Mohammad Fahim, a
case has been filed against five people: Surendra, Shri Bhagwan, Bali Yadav,
and Deepak Yadav from Mangarh village, and Rohit Yadav from Bihar's Saran
district, in response to a complaint by the deceased's father, Shyam Bihari
Prasad.
