New Delhi, March 23 (H.S.): The Delhi Assembly's budget session will commence at 11:00 AM on Monday at the Old Secretariat, crucial for setting financial policies for the next fiscal year. It will continue until March 28, with a possibility of extension. Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta announced that the third CAG report on DTC operations will be revealed in the session, specifically on March 24.
The budget for 2025-26 will be discussed on March 25, with deliberations held on March 26 and approval on March 27. Private bills and resolutions will be addressed on March 28. The Speaker emphasized the need for decorum in the Assembly.
Question Hour is scheduled for March 24, 26, 27, and 28, allowing ministers to respond to member inquiries. Members can raise public concerns with prior notice. Ten topics for daily discussions will be selected by ballot, while private resolutions require 12 days' notice.
