New Delhi, 7 February (HS): The Union Education Ministry on Friday released the teaser of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's upcoming Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC)-2025 program. In this, the Prime Minister is seen interacting with selected students from across the country under the open sky at Delhi's prestigious Sundar Nursery.
This program will be broadcast on February 10 at 11 am and will have eight episodes. In the video showing a glimpse of the program, the Prime Minister can be seen surrounded by students at Sundar Nursery. After this, he asks the students, Where are you from? To this, the students answer one by one...Delhi, Punjab, Kerala, Tripura, Bihar.
The Prime Minister shares an incident related to his teacher with the students to improve their handwriting. Later, Ajay, a student from Haryana, said, He was talking like a friend, it did not seem that the Prime Minister of the country was here. Khushi, a student from Rajasthan, said, I felt like I was dreaming. The Prime Minister's interaction with the students also included jokes and laughter.
This is the first time that the Prime Minister will discuss exams with students in an open space. Earlier, the Prime Minister has been interacting with students, parents and teachers from across the country at closed venues like Talkatora Stadium and Bharat Mandapam.
This time the Exam Pe Charcha program will be held in a new style and at a new place. This time, along with the Prime Minister, prominent personalities from the world of sports, film and spirituality will also guide the students. These include eminent personalities like MC Mary Kom, Avni Lekhara, Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey, Bhumi Pednekar and Sadhguru.
The Ministry of Education said in a statement that this year, 36 students have been selected from each state and union territory, who are from state and union territory board government schools, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sainik School, Eklavya Model Residential School, CBSE and Navodaya Vidyalaya. Some of these students are alumni of the Prerna School Program, winners of Kala Utsav and Veer Gatha. These students have been selected to connect directly with the Prime Minister.
According to the ministry, a new dimension has been added to PPC-2025. In this, the first interaction with the Prime Minister in eight episodes will be broadcasted directly on Doordarshan, Swayam, Swayam Prabha, PMO YouTube channel and social media channels of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
This edition will feature renowned personalities from diverse fields who will share their experiences and knowledge while guiding students on key aspects of life and learning in 7 upcoming episodes of PPC. The students participating in these sessions were also selected through a selection process from states and union territories, various educational organizations and national level school competitions.
These episodes focusing on various issues are as follows:- Sports and Discipline: MC Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara and Suhas Yathiraj will talk about goal setting, resilience and stress management through discipline. Mental Health: Deepika Padukone will discuss the importance of emotional well-being and self-expression. Nutrition: Shonali Sabarwal and Rujuta Diwekar will shed light on healthy eating habits and the role of quality sleep in academic success. Revant Himatsingka, known as the Food Farmer, will give insight on living a healthy lifestyle. Technology and Finance: Gaurav Chaudhary (Tech Guruji) and Radhika Gupta will explore technology as a tool for better learning and financial literacy. Creativity and Positivity: Vikrant Massey and Bhumi Pednekar will inspire students to observe and let go of negative thoughts, thereby promoting a positive mindset. Mindfulness and Mental Peace: Sadhguru will share practical mindfulness techniques to help students maintain mental clarity and focus. Success Stories: Toppers from various exams like UPSC, IIT-JEE, CLAT, CBSE, NDA, ICSE, etc. as well as participants from the previous edition of PPC will share how Pariksha Pe Charcha influenced their preparation strategies and motivated them.
It is noteworthy that since its inception in 2018, Pariksha Pe Charcha has evolved into a nationwide movement, and this year's edition has broken previous records with over 5 crore participation, making it the most engaging and impactful edition ever.
