Delhi, 4 February (H.S.) : Bharatiya Janata Party MP Nishikant Dubey on Tuesday wrote a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla requesting him to take action for breach of privilege on the statement given by Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi yesterday.

Nishikant Dubey has claimed in the letter that Rahul Gandhi has made serious allegations without providing any proof. A Breach of privilege action should be taken against him on this.

Dubey said that Rahul has made false statements like the status of mobile manufacturing in the country and China's occupation of Indian border. His statement not only distorts the facts historically but also ridicules the country and diminishes the reputation of democracy. He also mentioned in the letter that Speaker Birla himself had asked Rahul to prove his claims.
