New Delhi, 20 February (HS): After taking oath, Delhi Chief Minister and all six ministers held the first cabinet meeting on Thursday night. In this meeting, it was decided to implement Ayushman Bharat Yojana. The decision of the Delhi government has been welcomed by Bharatiya Janata Party President and Union Health Minister JP Nadda.

JP Nadda said on Thursday night, Modi's guarantee means, guarantee of fulfillment of every guarantee. I congratulate the Delhi government for the decision to implement 'Ayushman Bharat Yojana' in the first cabinet meeting.

He further said that the 'AAP-Da' government had kept the people of Delhi deprived of this public welfare scheme for 10 years due to its narrow/selfish politics, due to which lakhs of citizens of Delhi were deprived of the best treatment in difficult circumstances.

JP Nadda said that the Bharatiya Janata Party had resolved to implement this scheme in the 'Sankalp Patra' of 'Developed Delhi'. This decision of the first cabinet is proof that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP government of Delhi is committed to realizing its goal of development work in accordance with public sentiments.
