Delhi, 29 December (H.S.): The Delhi government will launch an AI-based Unified Grievance Redressal System in partnership with IIT Kanpur to ensure faster resolution of public complaints and enable real-time monitoring, officials said on Monday.

At present, residents can register grievances through multiple platforms, including the Public Grievance Management System, according to an official statement.

While each system serves a specific purpose, their lack of integration often results in delays, duplication of complaints and absence of comprehensive oversight, the statement said.

The proposed unified platform aims to streamline grievance handling by integrating existing mechanisms into a single system, improving efficiency and accountability, officials added.
