
New Delhi/Lucknow,25 December (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the majestic Rashtra Prerna Sthal on Thursday, December 25, 2025, honoring the 101st birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee by unveiling 65-foot bronze statues of Vajpayee, Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.
This sprawling 65-acre complex, constructed at a cost of Rs 230 crore by the Uttar Pradesh government, centers around a lotus-inspired museum covering 98,000 square feet equipped with immersive exhibits, auditoriums, and landscaped gardens to educate youth on these icons' nation-building legacies.
Architectural Grandeur and Legacy Focus
The site's towering statues symbolize Vajpayee's poetic diplomacy—including Pokhran nuclear tests and Golden Quadrilateral—Mukherjee's Ek Nishan, Ek Pradhan, Ek Vidhan for Jammu & Kashmir integration, and Upadhyaya's integral humanism philosophy shaping BJP ideology.
