Golaghat (Assam), 05 January (HS): A tragic incident has come to light in Phulnibari village of Morangi in Golaghat district. Police informed on Sunday that one person killed due to electric shock during the water supply project under construction in the village, while two youths were injured.

The deceased has been identified as Chandanjyoti Barpatra Gohain. Seriously injured Indreshwar Dutta has been sent to Jorhat for better treatment, while Rantu Das is undergoing treatment in Golaghat.
