Guwahati, 05 January (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma said that on Sunday he had the opportunity to personally meet many respected persons of the business sector of India and discuss their investment plans in Assam and other aspects. He had discussions with BK Goenka, Chairman of Welspun Group, Subrahmanyam, Chief Executive Officer of Larsen & Toubro and Anand Mahindra of Mahindra Group.

He said, Keeping in mind the relevance of the moment, I personally called upon them for participation and cooperation in the second edition of 'Advantage Assam', so that they can help in unleashing the vast potential of Assam.
