Delhi, 17 January (H.S.): Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Director General Chandrajit Banerjee met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday. During this meeting, many important issues were discussed between the two leaders.

The Finance Minister's Office said in a statement issued on 'X' post that CII Director General Chandrajit Banerjee met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman at North Block, New Delhi. This meeting of the CII Director General is important before the Union Budget 2025-26 is presented in Parliament. However, its detailed details are not yet available. Other people were also present on this occasion.
