Kanpur, 15 May (HS): Near Sachan intersection in Barra police station area, two people were injured by a man who attacked him with kripan late on Wednesday night. The injured were admitted to the hospital for treatment. In this regard, the police have registered a case under various sections including murderous attack on Thursday morning and are searching for the accused.
Assistant Police Commissioner Naubasta Manjay Singh said that Harishankar and Dharmendra had a dispute with Lucky Sardar regarding money transaction near Sachan intersection of Barra on Wednesday night at around quarter to twelve. The dispute escalated so much that both the parties clashed. During the fight, Lucky Sardar attacked them with the kripan he kept with him. Harishankar and Dharmendra were injured in the attack.
The police team that reached the spot immediately admitted both the injured to Hallet Hospital for treatment. Their condition is said to be normal. After taking a complaint from the family of the injured, a case was registered against Lucky Sardar on Thursday morning under various sections including murderous attack. Police teams are raiding possible places to search for the absconding accused Lucky Sardar.
