The MD took stock of the functioning of the control room and gave directions. PVVNL Managing Director Isha Duhan reached the control room located at the Discom headquarters Urja Bhawan complex on Monday. During the inspection, she took information about the complaints received from consumers on electricity helpline number 1912 and toll free number 18001803002 and their disposal.

The MD directed the officials to ensure quality and timely disposal of consumer complaints. During the inspection, the Managing Director reviewed the complaints received on helpline number 1912 regarding electricity supply, bills, transformers etc. and gave directions to the concerned officials.

The Managing Director said that the control room monitoring system should be further strengthened. Director Technical NK Mishra, Director Commerce Sanjay Jain, Director Finance Swatantra Tomar, Executive Engineer Dhirendra Singh, Sonam Singh etc. were present during the inspection.
