Gorakhpur, 2 April (HS): In a press conference held at the restaurant located at Vijay Chowk on Tuesday, BJP regional president Sahajanand Rai said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pledged to free the country from corruption. “During his ten-year tenure, he has given better results in the interest of the country by working on the anti-corruption mission. On the other hand, the leaders of the INDI alliance are busy protecting the corrupt and hiding the looted money. Their anti-corruption policy is shameful,” he opined.
The regional president said that for Prime Minister Modi, the 140 crore people of the country are his family. “Modi is fighting to save his family from the corrupt. The one who has looted the country will have to return it, this is Modi's guarantee. He said that Indi alliance is a gang of scammers.
“Everyone here wants to loot the country and also wants that its corruption should not be discussed. The dual character of these parties is visible to the public. Aam Aadmi Party says that a rally is being held in support of the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal. The Congress party says that this is not a rally in support of any individual but of the entire alliance. Congress-Aam Aadmi Party are doing Ilu-Ilu in Delhi, but Hum Aapke Hain Koun is happening in Punjab.
Similarly, in West Bengal, Mamata Didi refused to fight with Congress. RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in Bihar and Uddhav Thackeray in Maharashtra have given a big blow to Congress by declaring their candidates first. MPs and MLAs of Congress and Aam Aadmi Party are leaving both the parties. No party is giving support to Congress in the state. Due to this, Congress leaders are seen blabbering indiscriminately,” he remarked.
“The regional president said that the intention of the Indi alliance is to loot as much as possible, tell new lies every day, abuse Modi, defame the country and defame the Hindu religion. However, their plan is not going to succeed. This time the people will fulfill the resolve of BJP to cross 400 in the Lok Sabha elections and once again the Modi Government will be fulfilled,” he concluded.
