Guwahati, 25 November (HS): Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday paid a courtesy call on Governor Laxman Prasad Acharya at Assam Raj Bhavan.

The Chief Minister and the Governor discussed development issues during this period.

Apart from this, the Chief Minister also apprised the Governor of the schemes being run by the government for the welfare of the people of all sections of the state. He also informed the Governor about all the development works being done by the government in the state.
