Pune, 25 Oct (HS): Pune Police seized gold worth ₹138 crore on Friday from a private vehicle on Satara Road under Sahkar Nagar

The police officials checked a vehicle under

suspicion and recovered the gold ornaments from a delivery transport vehicle.

The vehicle belongs to a private logistic company and was ordered to deliver

the gold to a trader in Pune. Police have informed the Election

Commission and the Income Tax Department. Further investigation are in

progress.
