
Kolkata, 07 August (H.S.): West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Friday visited a gurdwara in Bhawanipur, South Kolkata, where he offered prayers and participated in ‘seva’ activities. The gurdwara is located within his Assembly constituency.
During the langar service organised at the gurdwara, the Chief Minister distributed prasad among devotees and actively took part in the community service.
Later, Suvendu Adhikari sat on the floor with other devotees and partook of the traditional langar meal.
A large number of devotees were present at the gurdwara during the Chief Minister’s visit. The gurdwara management welcomed him as per Sikh traditions and customs.
