Mumbai, 06 Aug (HS): Replying to allegations by MLA Rohit Pawar against Chief

Minister Devendra Fadnavis, BJP Spokesperson Navnath Ban said that that the

bridge in Gadchiroli that collapsed was constructed during the tenure of Uddhav

Thackeray as Chief Minister. The bridge after three years of construction

collapsed during the heavy rain. Rohit Pawar on his X account alleged that the

bridge was inaugurated by Fadnavis, collapsed within three years of

construction. He also alleged of brokerage was taken by Fadnavis-led rulers.

Ban

stated that the bridge was constructed in 2022, when Uddhav Thackeray was the

Chief Minister. Pawar of NCP (Sharad Pawar) should ask him about the commission

he had taken. NCP (SP) was a partner in the MVA government at that time.

Ban

also alleged Uddhav Thackeray of partnering with Congress for power, against

the principles of Shiv Sena Founder Balasaheb Thackeray.

UBT

leader Sanjay Raut is also levelling illogical allegations, Bun said and added

that he should instead keep his mouth shut and introspect. People of

Maharashtra have shown UBT their place.
