
New Delhi, 04 August (H.S.): Janata Dal (United) President and Rajya Sabha MP Nitish Kumar paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Parliament House on Tuesday.
The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and JD(U) President Nitish Kumar shared photographs of the meeting on social media platform X. The meeting took place in the Prime Minister's office at Parliament House. JD(U) National Working President and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Kumar Jha, along with Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh, popularly known as Lalan Singh, was also present during the meeting.
In a post on X, Nitish Kumar said that he had paid a courtesy visit to Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Parliament House. The Prime Minister's Office also shared photographs of the interaction between the two leaders.
The meeting comes at a time when political discussions have intensified over recent developments in Bihar. However, both the Prime Minister's Office and the JD(U) described the interaction as a courtesy meeting, and no official details regarding the discussions held during the meeting have been disclosed.
