'Teachers will get strong shield of social security due to

historic and sensitive initiative of Yogi govt: Kapil Dev Agarwal

Bijnor/Lucknow, 08 July (HS): State Minister of State

(Independent Charge) for Vocational Education, Skill Development and

Entrepreneurship, Kapil Dev Agarwal, participated as the chief guest in the

launch program of “Chief Minister Teacher Cashless Medical Scheme” organized by

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji at Bijnor Public School in Bijnor, the

district under his charge, on Wednesday.

At the event, teachers, non-teaching staff, and

Shikshamitras from the district watched and listened to the Chief Minister's

live launch with great enthusiasm. Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal extended his

heartfelt greetings and congratulations to the teachers and Shikshamitras who

benefited from the scheme, wishing them good health, a happy and bright future.

Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal said that this public welfare

scheme is a historic and sensitive initiative of the Yogi government to provide

quality and accessible health services to the state's teachers and

Shikshamitras. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has always respected teachers as

nation-builders, and this scheme will further strengthen their social and

economic security shield.

He said that previously, teachers had to wander aimlessly

for treatment when they fell ill, but now, the Chief Minister Teacher

Cashless Medical Scheme will provide cashless treatment to 1.2 million

teachers and non-teaching staff and their dependents. This will free teachers

from worry and allow them to focus their energy on shaping children's futures.

Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal said that the Yogi government,

with the mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, is continuously

working for the welfare of teachers. Whether it's transferring Rs. 1,200

through DBT to 11 million children for uniforms, shoes, and socks, or signing

an MoU with SBI to provide social security coverage to 1 million teachers, this

government is empowering both education and teachers on every front.
