
MP Ujjwal Raman Singh met kin of Meja triple murder case victims
and demanded immediate action from admin officials
Prayagraj, 03 July (HS): MP Ujjwal Raman Singh visited the
area today to ensure justice and safety for the families of the victims of the
horrific triple murder at the home of Mukesh Gupta in Meja. He met with the
victims' families and offered them solace. Regarding this sensitive matter, a
demand letter was submitted by the victim side to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate
(SDM) Meja in which claim has been made to provide compensation of Rs 50 lakh
each to the dependents of the deceased, allot agricultural land and residential
lease and provide housing to the five brothers under the Pradhan Mantri Awas
Yojana (Urban). Along with providing immediate strong security arrangements
to the entire victim family, a request has been made to approve two arms
licenses in the name of the son and daughter.
Give a government job to one member of the family: MP representative
Vinay Kushwaha told reporters that MP Ujjwal Raman Singh said that many big
ministers came but the family have got only Rs. 15 lakhs, which is meagre
amount and demanded at least Rs. 50 lakhs for the three deaths. He has assured
all possible help to the affected family in this sad time and has demanded from
the government-administration that in view of the seriousness of the matter,
all these legitimate demands should be considered sympathetically and prompt
action should be taken. Durga Gupta, Pappu Yadav, Yogendra Singh, Mandan
Tiwari, Deshraj Singh, Rama Pradhan, Umakant Bind, Premshankar Patel, Anshu
Singh, Suresh Yadav, Vishal Patel, Kaju Bharatganj, Shivkailash Yadav and
others accompanied MP Ujjwal Raman Singh.
