July (HS): Maratha reservation activist Manoj Jarange has threatened to launch agitation
again from August 29 protesting delay in withdrawal of cases against those who
had participate in the agitation for Maratha reservation.
Addressing a
press conference at Antarwali Sarati in Jalna District, Jarange said documents
relating to Kunbi caste reports of 58 lakh Marathas were found. With the assurance
of issuing Kunbi caste certificate withdrawal of cases against them was given.
Their certificates, however, were rejected resulting in discontent among
Maratha community.
The
agitation from August 29 will be final and decisive, he added.
