Prayagraj/Haridwar, 26 July (HS): On Sunday, Uttar Pradesh

Government's Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi prayed for

virtue by taking a holy dip of faith at Har Ki Pauri, the sacred banks of

Mother Ganga, the life-giving stream of Indian civilization, culture and

eternal consciousness, the salvation-giving, purifying river descended on earth

for the welfare of humanity, in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, the land of India's

cultural and spiritual splendour. He worshipped Mother Ganga.

After bathing in the Ganga and worshipping, Minister Nandi

attended the inauguration ceremony of a magnificent 50-room Dharamshala built

by the Vaishya Yuva Samiti at Bhupatwala in Haridwar as the chief guest.

Minister Nandi inaugurated the Dharamshala by cutting the ribbon. He also

listened to the divine Sunderkand recitation of Sankat Mochan Hanuman from the

mouth of Ajay Yagnik, a renowned Sri Ram Katha narrator, Bhajan singer, and

Sunderkand exponent. He also met with Sunderkand exponent Ajay Yagnik and

received his blessings. During the inauguration ceremony, Minister Nandi stated

that this Dharamshala, built by the Vaishya Yuva Samiti, is a highly

commendable effort to provide easy and excellent service to the devotees and

pilgrims visiting Haridwar.

Gupta, Suresh Gupta, and Aditya Gupta, along with other respected members of

the Vaishya Yuva Samiti, were present on the occasion. Minister Nandi also had

a cordial meeting with renowned yoga guru Baba Ramdev at Patanjali Yogpeeth in

Haridwar. During the ceremony, they had positive discussions on various topics

related to yoga, Ayurveda, and social welfare.
