Dy CM launches Chief Minister Teacher Cashless Medical Scheme in Lucknow


Lucknow, 26 July (HS): Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak

launched the Chief Minister Teacher Cashless Medical Scheme in the

Lucknow PG College auditorium on Sunday. Addressing the event, Pathak said the

Uttar Pradesh government is sensitive to both education and health sectors. The

Chief Minister Teacher Cashless Medical Scheme is a historic

initiative to ensure the dignity and health security of teachers associated

with the Higher Education Department and their families.

Brajesh Pathak said that this scheme is a historic step towards providing

free, quality, and cashless medical care up to Rs. 5 lakh to more than 1.28

lakh teachers of the Higher Education Department and their dependent families.

This initiative further strengthens the health security shield of teachers and

demonstrates the government's firm commitment to their dignity and well-being.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi

Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh government is propelling the state to new heights

through sensitive, dedicated, and public-friendly decisions in both education

and health sectors. Healthy teachers, strong education—these are the strong

foundations of a developed Uttar Pradesh.

On this occasion, Legislative Council member Mukesh Sharma, Principal,

National PG College Prof. Devendra Kumar Singh, CDO Prafull Sharma, District

Nodal Officer Higher Education Prof. Shivani Srivastava and other dignitaries

were present.
