Bhubaneswar, 25 July (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has lauded the decision of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to resign, describing it as a reflection of strong principles and unwavering commitment to public service.

In a social media post, the Chief Minister highlighted Pradhan’s tenure as Union Education Minister, noting that he led several transformative reforms, including the landmark National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The policy, he said, has laid a robust foundation for the future of millions of students across the country.

Majhi emphasized that prioritising high moral values above all else, Pradhan’s decision to step down demonstrates his deep-rooted principles and dedication to ethical public life.

Expressing confidence in his future, the Chief Minister stated that Pradhan would continue to contribute successfully in the days ahead. He also offered prayers to Jagannath, seeking blessings for Pradhan’s journey forward.
