Guwahati, 22 July (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday lauded the Cachar Police for seizing 24,000 suspected Yaba tablets valued at around ₹2.4 crore and arresting three individuals in connection with the narcotics haul.

Sharing the development on social media, the Chief Minister described the operation as another major bust in the state's ongoing campaign against drug trafficking. He praised the Assam Police for their commendable efforts and reiterated the government's commitment to its Assam Against Drugs mission.------------
