Guwahati, 16 July (HS): The bail plea of accused Paresh Baishya in the Zubeen Garg murder case was not accepted by the bench of Judge Sushmita Phukan Khound. The petition has now been transferred to the court of Judge Mitali Thakuria for further consideration.

Earlier, the Fast Track Court had rejected Baishya's bail application. The matter will now be heard by the court of Judge Mitali Thakuria.-----------
