Prayagraj, 03 June (HS): The voices of Indian farmers are

now being heard more strongly on global platforms. An important agricultural

dialogue held in the United States under the leadership of IFFCO Chairman Dilip

Sanghani has strengthened the prospects for a new direction for India-US

agricultural cooperation. The prestigious US-India Business Council has praised

this initiative, calling it an important step toward increasing agricultural

cooperation between the two countries.

At this meeting held in Washington, IFFCO President Dilip

Sanghani, leading the delegation of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and

Industry, held a comprehensive discussion on the challenges, opportunities, and

future prospects of the agricultural sector. In a message released on its

official social platform after the meeting, the Council stated that this

dialogue will provide new energy to agricultural cooperation between India and

the United States and open new avenues for solutions to shared challenges and

innovation-based development.

The meeting focused on topics such as sustainable

agricultural development, food and nutrition security, increasing agricultural

productivity, utilizing advanced agricultural technologies, improving soil

health, and providing modern technical assistance to farmers. Agricultural

experts, policymakers, and industry representatives from both countries agreed

that increased cooperation can ensure long-term benefits for farmers.

The Council specifically emphasized that innovation-driven

policies, research collaborations, and technology partnerships are the future

of agriculture. The Council also underscored the need for stronger ties between

India and the United States to ensure farmer prosperity and global food

security. Experts believe that the public prominence given to this meeting by

an influential US trade organization is a sign of the growing global

recognition of the Indian cooperative movement. It is also seen as a testament

to IFFCO's international standing and its effective global advocacy of the

interests of Indian farmers under Dilip Sanghani's leadership.

According to agricultural experts, this dialogue will pave

the way for new partnerships in areas such as agricultural research,

technological innovation, resource management, and food security. This will not

only benefit the agricultural sectors of both countries, but will also enable

significant progress toward increasing farmers' incomes and making agriculture

more sustainable and profitable.

This initiative, led by Dilip Sanghani, is being considered

an important achievement in strengthening the India-US agricultural partnership

as well as giving global recognition to the cooperative-based agricultural

development model. With this achievement, IFFCO Phulpur unit head PK Singh

along with IFFCO Officers Association President Anurag Tiwari, General

Secretary Swayam Prakash, IFFCO Employees Union President Pankaj Pandey,

General Secretary Vijay Yadav have expressed happiness by congratulating the
