Jammu, 13 June (H.S.): Former Minister and BJP vice president J&K, Priya Sethi said that women have emerged as the driving force behind India's growth story under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, whose Government has placed women at the centre of governance and development during the last 12 years.

Priya Sethi made these remarks during her visit to Zanana Park in Jammu East, where she reviewed the facilities available for women and took stock of the grievances being faced by regular visitors to the park.

During the visit, Sethi held detailed discussions with women who regularly visit the park. She listened to their concerns regarding maintenance, cleanliness, safety measures and other civic amenities.

The BJP leader also urged the officials to address the genuine issues raised by women and ensure that the park remains a safe, clean and welcoming recreational space.
