Guwahati, 10 June (HS): The trial proceedings in the Zubeen Garg murder case are set to continue in the Special Fast Track Court on Wednesday, with four witnesses scheduled to record their statements before the court.

According to the information available, Birinchi Bora,

Prabhakar Phukan,

Anuj kumar Baishya and

Raja Asom will appear before the court to give their testimonies in connection with the case.

It may be mentioned that hearing on charge sheet has been completed last month. The witness process is going on in the second phase of the case. The bail petitions of the accused related to the case has been rejected by the Special Fast Track Court and Gauhati High Court in the meantime.

The Special Fast Track Court is continuing the hearing process as part of the ongoing trial in the high-profile murder case. Further developments are expected following the recording of witness statements.----------
